The Sacral Chakra Sound Healing

The Sacral Chakra is our second chakra. The prime function laying in relationships, emotions, sexuality and intimacy.
The sacral chakra is located just below the navel, where the perineum is. If the sacral chakra is in balance, our emotions flow through us without any judgements. Recognizing these emotions enhances our ability to understand deeply and express our desires. This restores balance and harmony.

The sacral chakra is anatomically connected to the sacral abdomen, spleen, urinary tract, kidneys, ovaries, uterus, blood, sugar, gonads.

Before listening to our sound healing music, please drink a glass of water, and again after you completed your meditation. Water supports to be grounded.

The use of headphones is recommended. If your smart phone is connected with your headphone’s, switch your smart phone in flight mode to stay undisturbed during your meditation.

For best results, listen to my sound healing music at least three (3) times per week and at least for 5 weeks. Or as often you are guided to do so.

Do not listen to my music while driving or working.
