The Crown Chakra Healing Sound

When the Crown Chakra activates it brings a more positive outlook on life. There are visible changes in our habits and attitude. The Self is no longer ruled by the ego. Emotions like gratitude, compassion, and acceptance become our true Self.  A balanced Crown Chakra brings spiritual understanding and peace with a clear perspective

The prime function of the Crown Chakra is in enlightenment, transcendence, spiritual understanding, and cosmic consciousness.

The Third Eye Chakra is anatomically connected with the central nervous system, head, spine, hair, and pineal.

Each chakra represents spiritual energy that helps us understanding ourselves better. The Crown Chakra energy residing at the crown of the head, it is a realization of completeness, by bringing balance and peace to the body and mind.

Before listening to our sound healing music, please drink a glass of water, and again after you completed your meditation. Water supports to be grounded.

The use of headphones is recommended. If your smart phone is connected with your headphone’s, switch your smart phone in flight mode to stay undisturbed during your meditation.

For best results, listen to my sound healing music at least three (3) times per week and at least for 5 weeks. Or as often you are guided to do so.

Do not listen to my music while driving or working.
