Solar Plexus Chakra Sound Healing

The Solar Plexus Chakra is our third chakra, located about four fingerbreadths above the navel. The prime function of our solar plexus chakra laying in our energy, vitality, and will power.
The Solar Plexus Chakra is anatomically connected to the digestive system, stomach, liver, gall bladder, bile, small intestine, and pancreas.

A well-balanced Solar Plexus Chakra enables us to effectively plan and achieve success. Opening this chakra can make a person a better leader and create an inspiring life.

Before listening to our sound healing music, please drink a glass of water, and again after you completed your meditation. Water supports to be grounded.

The use of headphones is recommended. If your smart phone is connected with your headphone’s, switch your smart phone in flight mode to stay undisturbed during your meditation.

For best results, listen to my sound healing music at least three (3) times per week and at least for 5 weeks. Or as often you are guided to do so.

Do not listen to my music while driving or working.
