The Throat Chakra Sound Healing

The Throat Chakra, is located at the base of the throat, at the center of the larynx. The energy element governed by this chakra is effective communication, it also represents inspiration and expression.

The prime function of the Throat Chakra laying in communication, healing, creativity.

The Throat Chakra is anatomically connected to the throat and neck, parathyroid, ears, sinus, respiratory system and thyroid

The energy of the Throat Chakra can prove to be your greatest strength if used effectively.

Before listening to our sound healing music, please drink a glass of water, and again after you completed your meditation. Water supports to be grounded.

The use of headphones is recommended. If your smart phone is connected with your headphone’s, switch your smart phone in flight mode to stay undisturbed during your meditation.

For best results, listen to my sound healing music at least three (3) times per week and at least for 5 weeks. Or as often you are guided to do so.
